How long does shipping take?
You can choose your shipping method at checkout. Anything from overnight to ground shipping is available. You are responsible for the cost of the shipping option you select.
When is my order sent each month?
All orders are processed and shipped within two business days of an order being placed. Autoshipments are created on the same day each month. They are also processed and shipped within two business days of being created.
What are my shipping options?
Currently we use UPS and USPS. Additional carriers may be added in the future as needed.
What if tracking information isn't available?
Please email our Customer Concierge Team and we will do everything we can to provide a tracking number and give you an estimated delivery date.
Can I purchase this for a friend?
Of course! Our Starter Kits make great gifts. When you purchase the Starter Kit, you will have the option to ship to any shipping address. If your friend wants to transfer autoship payments into their name, just have them email our customer concierge team.
How do I change my shipping address?
Log on to your customer account. Select “addresses” from the main menu. From there you will be able to manage your billing and shipping addresses.

How do I return my order?
You can return a starter kit within 30 days of the order date. There is a $25 restocking fee on kits. Please email our customer concierge team and we’ll send you a return label to get the process started.

Can I delay or cancel an order?
Please contact our Customer Concierge Team if you would like to pause your autoshipment for one month. You can delay an order 30 days. You may cancel or delay an order up to 5 business days before it is shipped.

Can I restart a subscription I have cancelled?
You can log on to your customer account, choose “subscriptions” from the menu, then click on the order. Choose “Renew Now” and you will be taken to a checkout page to start your subscription again. If you have any questions or need help with the process, just email our Customer Concierge Team and we’ll take care of it.
What day will my card be charged for autoships?
Your card will be charged on the day your order is created. If on a weekend or holiday, it will be charged on the next business day.
How do I change my payment info?
Log on to your customer account. Choose “payment methods” from the menu to manage your payment options.
To change the payment information for a subscription, choose “subscriptions” from the menu, click on the subscription number you would like to change, then click “Change Payment” under “Actions”.
How do I cancel a subscription?
If you decide to cancel a subscription, log on to your customer account, choose “subscriptions” from the menu, and click on the order you’d like to cancel.
